I decided to create a heart-shaped muddler spoon!

Transforming the originally round spoon shape into a heart required a lot of effort, especially since the walnut wood is very hard and challenging to carve.

The part I’m most proud of is the long, straight handle, which looks as though it was machine-made. I worked hard to keep it even and straight, and I repeated the sanding process multiple times to achieve a high level of finish.

I intended this spoon to function as a muddler for stirring drinks, but I find myself using it more often as a scoop for dried tea leaves.
The heart shape turned out so cute that I’m thinking of making another heart-shaped project next!
